GeoWall at Berkeley is the geotechnical engineering competition team in the University of California, Berkeley’s Civil and Environmental Engineering Department. Our mission is to enrich the social, educational, and professional college experience of all civil engineering students with interest in geotechnical and geoenvironmental engineering. Our organization focuses on designing, building and teaching small-scale model mechanically stabilized Earth (MSE) retaining systems, completely out of paper, that will hold over 500lbs of sand and applied design loads! Our team competes in the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Mid-Pacific Conference and the National Geo-Institute Conference.

Come join us every Monday 7:00 - 8:00 PM!

(Location TBD)
